Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and operate specialized lap machines, monitor their performance, and ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute production runs of textile items using lap machines.
• Perform setup, calibration, and testing of machines.
• Compile production reports that outline quality metrics and counts.
• Assist with inventory management of materials for production.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure the product meets specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive records of machine operations and downtimes.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve machine performance.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
