• Training junior staff as needed on repair techniques and customer service.
• Ensuring a tidy and efficient workshop environment.
• Engaging with customers to provide updates and explain repairs.
• Adopting a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Appliance Service or related qualification
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
