Job Description

As a Counter and Rental Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their vehicle rentals, ensuring they have an excellent experience from start to finish. You will be engaging directly with clients, providing them with information, processing their requests, and managing all necessary paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the rental desk and ensure a smooth and efficient customer service process.
  • Utilize reservation systems to track bookings and customer details.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote special offers and packages to clients.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance goals and service improvements.

Requirements
