Sheet Metal Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Programmer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a motivated Sheet Metal CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to produce intricate sheet metal components while ensuring that production meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring machines are calibrated and ready for production.
• Perform detailed inspections of parts to maintain high-quality output.
• Work with CAD software to design and refine component layouts for manufacturability.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs for production efficiency.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior CNC operators and machinists.

Advantageous

• Experience in welding and assembly processes: Experience with sheet metal welding and assembly techniques.
• Knowledge of ISO standards for quality management: Familiarity with ISO protocols in a manufacturing setting.
