As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the first line of defence for our IT operations in Newcastle. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring a smooth workflow for all users. Responsibilities

  • Assist in troubleshooting network issues and connectivity.
  • Support remote users by resolving IT issues via phone or remote access.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and solutions.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers for IT support.
  • Prepare reports on IT performance metrics for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support
