We are seeking a skilled Drying Room Operator to join our team. As a Drying Room Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the drying room equipment, ensuring efficient and effective drying of materials. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate drying room machinery efficiently for optimal drying of textiles.
• Ensure quality standards are met by monitoring drying times and temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drying room and equipment.
• Help train new operators on equipment use and safety practices.
• Document daily operation logs and any maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with the production team to schedule drying operations effectively.
• Conduct safety checks and report any hazards immediately.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with drying equipment.
• Implement improvements in drying processes to enhance efficiency.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss operations and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile processing preferred

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or construction environment highly regarded.
