Bender Helper

Job Description

As a Bender Helper, your main responsibility will be to assist in the operation of bending machines and perform related tasks to create precision metal parts and components. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up bending machines according to specifications.
• Load materials into machines and assist in monitoring operations.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on machinery as required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Support team efforts to achieve production goals.
• Participate in training programs for skill enhancements.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Assist in managing inventory of materials and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience with CNC machinery and programming is advantageous
