UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Wollongong team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our applications meet user needs and are visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs.
• Review and critique design work, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify and troubleshoot design issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Understand and advocate for accessibility standards in design.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified UX Designer

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with user research methodologies: Proven ability to conduct user interviews and usability tests to gather insights.
