UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, ensuring they are not only visually attractive but also user-friendly. Your design solutions will help translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces, thereby enhancing user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design effort for new products and features.
• Generate designs that solve user problems and enhance user satisfaction.
• Utilize analytics tools to track user interaction and behaviour.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design team members.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Advocate for the user in all design decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to align design vision.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Interaction Design or a related field is preferred
• Other relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in an agency environment

• Sketch

Certifications

• UX Design Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Certified Usability Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent
