We are seeking a skilled Patternmaker with experience in metal and plastic fabrication. This position requires expertise in interpreting technical drawings, shaping materials, and ensuring product quality through rigorous testing. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers and designers to create innovative solutions, contributing to significant projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design and fabricate patterns for metal and plastic components according to specifications.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative manufacturing solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on fabrication equipment and tools to maintain operational efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff in best practices for metal and plastic fabrication.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent
• Additional certifications in relevant fields are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in patternmaking

Technical Skills

• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Languages

• English: Fluent
