Responsibilities

• Setting up and adjusting winding machines for optimal performance.
• Conducting quality checks on finished spools to meet specifications.
• Keeping accurate records of production flow and machine performance.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
• Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing or Textiles would be advantageous.

Experience

• Previous experience with textile manufacturing processes is a plus.
