Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Sailors and Marine Oilers to support our boating operations. This role involves assisting in the safe navigation and maintenance of our vessels while ensuring exceptional service to our passengers.

Responsibilities

• Handle boat operations under the supervision of the Captain.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vessel's interiors and exteriors.
• Engage in safety drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist in communicating with passengers and addressing their needs.
• Help in navigating the waterways and ensuring adherence to maritime laws.
• Keep a log of boat operations and report any incidents.
• Participate in the crew meetings and briefings.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in customer service are a plus.

Experience

• Preference for candidates with experience in hospitality or tourism.
