Job Description

As a Vegetable Farming Supervisor, you will oversee the production of various vegetables, ensuring the highest quality and yield. You will manage a team of farm workers and coordinate with departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day farming activities including planting, harvesting, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure quality control across all stages of vegetable production.
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors for supply needs.
  • Implement best practices in sustainable farming.
  • Drive operational improvements through data analysis and feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Horticulture
  • Cert IV in Agriculture is an advantage

  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within vegetable farming
