We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Geelong office. The successful candidate will design, develop, and oversee various civil engineering projects throughout Victoria. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for civil projects.
• Create and oversee project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Evaluate engineering designs and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Attend and present at project meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to present findings and recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to budget constraints without compromising on quality.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering roles
