Job Description

As a Project Manager at ABC Projects Pty Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the execution of construction projects in Alice Springs. Your responsibilities will include project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project objectives.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with team members and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Lead and mentor junior project staff.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale projects, preferably in construction

• MS Project
• Risk Management

• Negotiation
• Conflict Resolution

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
