Job Description

We are seeking an Aerospace Engineer to join our talented team in Wollongong. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and evaluating aircraft and spacecraft components, ensuring they meet safety standards and performance specifications. Collaborating closely with other engineers and technicians, you will bring innovative designs from concept to reality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design reviews and ensure quality and reliability in engineering processes.
• Develop and execute test plans to measure system performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials for projects.
• Advise on the maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems.
• Assist in the preparation of funding and budgeting proposals for aerospace projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• MBA or equivalent is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in aerospace or mechanical engineering

• ANSYS
• CAD software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)

Languages
