Job Description

As an Education and Childcare Administrator, you will lead and oversee the operations of preschool and daycare programs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all educational initiatives meet high standards while fostering a safe and enriching environment for young children. You will collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to enhance the curriculum and support children's developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the quality of early childhood education.
• Create an engaging curriculum that respects the diverse needs of children.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and grant applications to support program initiatives.
• Regularly assess the educational needs of children and adapt programs accordingly.
• Facilitate parent participation and feedback to encourage a strong community connection.
• Develop promotional materials for the program to increase community awareness and enrollment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience

• 5+ years in program management within early childhood education
