• Mentor and guide other instructional designers and educators on effective design strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education
• Master's degree in Education or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in instructional design or related educational roles

Technical Skills

• Canva
• Articulate Storyline

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Project Management

Certifications

• Certifications in E-learning Design
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in user experience (UX): Experience applying UX principles in instructional design to enhance learner engagement.
