• Handle financial planning and budget oversight for educational resources.
• Participate in the recruitment and professional development of school staff.
• Implement changes in response to educational policies as needed.
• Engage with stakeholders in the community for support and resources.
• Guide school committees and assist in organizing parent and community events.
