Job Description

We are seeking a talented Medical Scientist (excluding Epidemiologists) to join our innovative research team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting experiments, analysing data, and contributing to the development of new medical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research projects from inception to completion.
• Develop new laboratory techniques and improve existing ones.
• Collaborate with external partners and academic institutions for joint research efforts.
• Validate and standardize experimental protocols for reproducibility.
• Ensure proper data management practices are followed in research activities.
• Conduct risk assessments for laboratory processes.
• Foster a culture of safety and innovation within the lab.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• PhD in Medical Science or Biochemistry is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in medical research

Languages

• English: Fluent
