Job Description
The Soybean Specialties Cook is responsible for creating and preparing unique and delicious soybean-based dishes for our high-end restaurant. This role requires a creative flair and expertise in cooking, particularly with soybean products.
Responsibilities
Create and upcycle existing recipes to enhance the menu.
Supervise cooking team in preparing dishes efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Assist in menu planning and special events.
Evaluate suppliers and ingredients for quality and sustainability.
Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of food items.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or degree in culinary arts, food science, or related field.
Experience
Experience in high-end restaurant or fine dining environments.
