Job Description

The Soybean Specialties Cook is responsible for creating and preparing unique and delicious soybean-based dishes for our high-end restaurant. This role requires a creative flair and expertise in cooking, particularly with soybean products.

Responsibilities

  • Create and upcycle existing recipes to enhance the menu.
  • Supervise cooking team in preparing dishes efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
  • Assist in menu planning and special events.
  • Evaluate suppliers and ingredients for quality and sustainability.
  • Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of food items.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in culinary arts, food science, or related field.
Experience
  • Experience in high-end restaurant or fine dining environments.

Advantageous
