Responsibilities
Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to warehousing and logistics.
Work closely with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Analyze data and metrics to improve operational efficiency.
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to warehouse operations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage
Experience
5+ years of experience in warehouse operations and management
