Job Description

Join our logistics team as a Courier or Messenger, where you will play a critical role in the banking sector by delivering documents and cash safely and promptly. Your responsibilities will include following assigned routes, following security measures, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering important banking documents between branches.
• Transporting cash and other valuables safely while maintaining confidentiality.
• Adhering to scheduled routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Completing necessary paperwork for each delivery accurately.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle.
• Collaborating with bank personnel to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail when required.
• Providing excellent customer service during interactions.
• Handling emergencies or unforeseen circumstances during deliveries.
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and other required data.

• Prior experience in courier services or logistics preferred.
