Stockers and Order Fillers

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and Order Filler. In this role, you'll maintain accurate stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and support the efficient management of inventory. A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic are key to helping us deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and record inventory items in the computer system.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and location.
• Prepare and pack merchandise for shipment.
• Assist in the receipt and processing of incoming shipments.
• Ensure stock areas are organized and free of hazards.
• Work with the sales team to fulfil customer orders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate or diploma in inventory management or logistics is preferred

Experience

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Inventory management software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in retail or warehouse environment: Experience in a similar role within a retail or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems: Familiarity with systems for tracking inventory and stock levels.
