We are seeking dedicated Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our team. This position involves operating various shoe machinery and assisting in the production of high-end footwear. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various shoe machinery including cutting and stitching machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
• Assist in training junior operators on machinery operation.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery.
• Collect and report production metrics to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for the production process.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Vocational certificate in manufacturing or relevant field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in footwear industry or relevant manufacturing
