Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to play an integral role in our production line. The ideal candidate will effectively handle machinery, ensuring a smooth flow of materials while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines efficiently to ensure maximum productivity.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure machinery functions correctly.
• Feed raw materials and offload finished products.
• Identify and resolve machine faults and operational issues.
• Maintain production logs to track output and quality.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery operation.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in machine operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production roles

Technical Skills

• Machine Maintenance
• Production Line Knowledge

Certifications

• Forklift License
• Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
