Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day recycling operations and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records of recycling activities and equipment maintenance.
• Provide regular training sessions for staff on recycling protocols.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures in waste management.
• Work closely with other departments to enhance recycling outcomes.
• Engage with community initiatives to promote recycling awareness.
• Assist in the development of company-wide sustainability goals.
• Conduct audits of recycling practices and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recycling programs.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Environmental Management or a similar field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a recycling or waste management role
