Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized First-Line Supervisor to oversee our production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that our packaging processes run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. You will be instrumental in leading your team to meet production goals and improve operational processes, ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop training programs for new and existing staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Assist in the development of production schedules.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process.
• Work with the supply chain team to ensure material availability.
• Report operational metrics to senior management and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory or management position in a manufacturing or retail environment.
