We are seeking motivated and skilled Cutting, Punching, and Press Machine Setters to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art equipment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to quality production and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and resolve mechanical issues on printing presses.
• Optimize press operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Train new operators on machine setup and operation.
• Implement best practices in quality control and production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in printing operations (highly desired)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in printing operations

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting
• Digital Printing

Soft Skills

• Communication
