Job Description
As a Sawing Machine Setter and Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining saws to ensure efficient wood processing. Your role will directly impact the quality and precision of our products, making it crucial for our operations.
Responsibilities
Inspect logs and materials prior to cutting for defects.
Maintain accurate records of production metrics.
Support the training of new operators on machinery specifics.
Follow instructions for maintenance and repairs of saw equipment.
Handle the transportation of cut products to the next production step.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certification in a related trade or manufacturing is an advantage
Experience
Proven experience operating CNC saw equipment is advantageous.
