Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Assist in designing custom screen door solutions based on client needs.
• Train apprentices on best practices in screen door fabrication and installation.
• Evaluate and advise on material selection for various projects.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality.
• Document work processes and maintain production records.
• Conduct site assessments to ensure proper installation requirements.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Supervise and coordinate workload for junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification or experience in a similar field
• Certifications in safety practices are a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
