Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Manufacturing or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles: Familiarity with Lean methodologies to improve efficiency in production.
