Job Description

The Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator plays a crucial role in our production team, responsible for stripping and preparing covers for books and magazines. This position demands precision and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, ensuring that all covers meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cover strip machine to produce high-quality finished products.
• Ensure that all covers are trimmed and prepared according to client specifications.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any faults to the Production Manager.
• Collaborate with bookbinders and printers to optimize workflow.
• Monitor production quality standards and take corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in printing or graphic arts desirable

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in the printing and publishing industry

Technical Skills
