Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer concerns with our products and services. A commitment to customer satisfaction and a keen problem-solving ability will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across a range of software and hardware products.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our ticketing system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of software applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive support experience.
