You will assist clients with banking transactions, provide account insights, and ensure compliance with bank policies while maintaining exemplary service levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service for Spanish-speaking clientele.
• Handle cash and cheque deposits efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.
• Support clients in navigating the bank's products and services.
• Make recommendations for bank products based on client needs.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Banking or Finance

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service roles, preferably in banking

Languages

• Spanish: Fluent
