Job Description

As a Public Health Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing community health by implementing health programs and conducting research. Your responsibilities will include monitoring public health concerns and collaborating with health professionals to develop strategies that improve population health.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys to assess community health needs.
  • Engage with the public to raise awareness of health services available.
  • Formulate strategies to tackle health disparities within the community.
  • Coordinate with local schools and organizations to promote health programs.
  • Research and implement best practices in public health.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on public health topics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Epidemiology is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in public health management
