We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our dynamic team in Lismore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable design and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects. You will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, collaborating with clients, and overseeing the design process from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into functional architectural designs.
• Utilize design software to create detailed models and presentations.
• Evaluate project feasibility and provide design alternatives.
• Document changes and updates in project scope and design.
• Present and defend design concepts during client communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is preferable

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects

Technical Skills

• Sustainable Design
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced modelling skills in Rhino: Proficiency in Rhino for detailed 3D modelling and rendering.
• Experience in historical preservation projects: Knowledge of preservation techniques and regulations for historical buildings.
