We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineering Technologist to oversee and enhance our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will focus on optimising efficiency, improving product quality, and ensuring safety standards are met. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to enhance productivity through advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and rectify production issues.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new equipment and procedures.
• Interface with quality assurance teams to ensure product integrity.
• Develop metrics for performance evaluation and improvement.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment.
• Perform safety audits and promote adherence to safety standards.
• Support supply chain management in selection and evaluation of vendors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering is preferable

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in industrial engineering roles focused on process improvement.
