Responsibilities

• Execute engineering designs and manage project workflows.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to meet production goals.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues.
• Perform comprehensive analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product offerings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and practices.
• Support marketing and sales in technical discussions with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the engineering sector

Technical Skills

• Python
• LabVIEW
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Industry certifications in Aerospace Engineering: Certification in Aerospace Engineering will be an added advantage.
