Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Manufacturing Process Technician who will be accountable for overseeing and enhancing our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical experience along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety and quality standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly.
• Work with various teams to streamline manufacturing activities.
• Implement corrective actions to rectify identified inefficiencies.
• Document production processes and results meticulously.
• Participate actively in safety and operational meetings.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and provide necessary training.
• Utilise data analysis to forecast operational needs and improvements.
• Engage in maintenance scheduling to prevent downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or equivalent in an engineering field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Advantageous

• Experience in a regulated environment: Experience working in pharmaceutical or medical devices sectors.
