Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce rolls of paper and other materials. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for production runs and ensure optimal operating conditions.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist in the training of new team members regarding machine operation and safety protocols.
• Analyze production processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to a safety-first culture.
• Maintain a tidy work area and adhere to company cleanliness standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

• Experience with High-Speed Machinery

Soft Skills

• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent
