Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Valet Parking Attendant to ensure a seamless parking experience for our guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing vehicle retrieval, and maintaining the highest level of customer service while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles with utmost care.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance to guests.
• Keep the parking area tidy and free of debris.
• Operate and maintain parking technology and equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Assist guests with luggage and other items.
• Support other team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in customer service or hospitality preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service desirable, but not essential.

Languages

• English: Fluent
