As a Civil Engineer at Civil Construct Group in Geelong, you will be at the forefront of innovative civil projects. Your responsibilities will include project management, technical design, and collaborating with teams to deliver sustainable engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review and approve contractor work and project proposals.
• Assist in community engagement and public consultations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Conduct inspections and quality control assessments on site.
• Participate in project planning and strategy meetings.
• Develop cost estimates and project schedules.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
• Contribute to research and development of innovative engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in infrastructure projects
