• Prepare and send invoices to clients and lenders.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or bookkeeping

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with loan origination software (e.g., Encompass, Calyx Point)
• Knowledge of financial analysis software (e.g., Finastra, Black Knight)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Customer service orientation

Certifications

• Certification in mortgage loan processing or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in bookkeeping or accounting: Professional certification that demonstrates proficiency in accounting principles.
