Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Machine Operator to operate and maintain machinery used in the production of roofing materials. The role involves troubleshooting, quality checks, and ensuring safety procedures are followed to meet production targets.

Responsibilities

• Run roofing machinery and ensure production goals are met.
• Calibrate machine settings for specific production runs.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Clean and maintain work areas and machinery.
• Work with team members to optimize production processes.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure standards.
• Complete production reports and logs as required.
• Facilitate communication with other departments about production needs.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Manufacturing or similar preferred

Experience

• Experience in the roofing industry is advantageous.
