We are on the lookout for a skilled Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various cementing machines used in the construction industry. Attention to detail and precision are fundamental to this role. You’ll be mixing and pouring cement into designated areas, ensuring that quality standards are met and contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate cementing machines with precision to ensure quality results.
• Conduct routine checks on machine functionality to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members for coordinated operations.
• Engage in regular maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
• Record and report safety incidents immediately to management.
• Monitor the composition of cement mixtures to match project specifications.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Follow up on corrective actions for any quality or safety issues.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license required

Experience

• Familiarity with cementing machines and related tools preferred.
