As a Cement Mason and Concrete Finsher, you will play a vital role in operating and maintaining specialized float equipment for transporting and unloading construction materials. Responsibilities

• Drive and operate floatation machinery for efficient transport of materials.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading phases.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with site supervisors to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist in training junior staff on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Document incidents and maintain logs for safety compliance.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices for logistics processes.
• Provide customer service to clients during material delivery and handling.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments for transportation tasks.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations in all operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in logistics or transportation are preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in float operation or related positions.

Technical Skills

• Heavy vehicle operation
• Basic vehicle maintenance

Languages
