Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Flatwork Tier to join our team, responsible for executing various flatwork tasks such as pouring, levelling, and finishing concrete surfaces. This role demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects meet safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out essential flatwork operations including concrete pouring and finishing.
• Supervise and operate relevant equipment and tools.
• Uphold safety and quality assurance standards on-site.
• Collaborate with team personnel to meet deadlines.
• Address and troubleshoot any issues encountered.
• Foster a safe and clean workspace.
• Communicate any equipment problems to management.
• Set up workstations efficiently for upcoming tasks.
• Adhere strictly to project documentation and specifications.
• Engage with team members for progress updates.
• Log daily task completion and activities accurately.
• Fine-tune equipment operations for specific work requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in concrete works or construction.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in flatwork or construction.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in operating heavy machinery.: Hands-on experience with heavy machinery used in construction.
