Fence Erector Supervisor

Job Description

As a Fence Erector Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate fence installation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within timelines. You will be responsible for leading a team, training junior staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in installing fences efficiently and safely.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on project progress.
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the installation.
• Communicate regularly with clients about project updates.
• Implement safety training and manage adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in estimating project costs and managing budgets.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Fencing Construction or equivalent
• Certificate IV in Building and Construction (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fencing and construction with supervisory experience.

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication

Certifications

• Current driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of environmental regulations: Understanding of compliance with environmental standards in construction.
