Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Judge or Magistrate to preside over criminal cases in our Sydney court. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of criminal law, exceptional analytical skills, and a commitment to fair and impartial justice.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admission to the bar and current practicing certificate
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of legal experience in criminal law or judicial roles
